Appointments and General Information
	Appointments
	To schedule an appointment, please call 797-9091 or request an appointment online. If you would like our office to check your insurance coverage, please have your insurance card in hand when you call. Please be sure to bring your eyeglasses to your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, wear them to your appointment, and bring any prescriptions or boxes from your contact lenses with you. If you have a complex eye history including eye disease, injury, laser treatment, or eye surgery, it is helpful if you can bring copies of records from your previous eye doctor.

	Office Hours
	Monday and Tuesday: 8am – 5pm Wednesday: 7am - 1pm Thursday: 8am – 7:30 pm Friday: 8am – 5pm Saturday: By Appointment. Closed for Lunch everyday 1:00-2:00 pm For established patients, our doctors are on call if there is an after hours emergency such as an eye infection, injury, sudden vision loss, etc.. Please call our office any time after hours for emergency contact information.

	Directions to Our Office
	Our office is located in The Paris Road Professional Building, 1 Paris Road, New Hartford. This is a large beige building with maroon shutters at the corner of Pearl Street and Paris Road. Our office is located in the same building, and directly across the hall from Drs. Furino and Hamlin, Orthodontists. Access to the parking lot is from Pearl Street. The building and our office are completely wheelchair accessible. Please call if you need additional directions.
